This direction connects the Ezulwini Consensus and Article 109 Charter review agenda with the Circle’s legacies of liberation, dignity, peace and international cooperation. See the original brief for its reference points and distinctions.

Convene stakeholders; lend a collective voice to agreed statements; connect supporters and resources; sustain momentum between convenings.
The next step
An initial virtual scoping meeting with Article 109 representatives is proposed. No date is confirmed. Members can indicate interest, expertise and relationships.
